Fishing conditions have been very windy but permit and tarpon abound both on the Oceanside sand runs and the local bridges and channels. Shark attacks tarpon hits boat

Capt. Diego Cordova with an angler try to reel in a tarpon that is attacked by a hammerhead shark, the fish tries to find safety under the boat. The shark then hits the boat and soaks the anglers.
